You will also gather requirements, prepare technical manuals, and lead training sessions to empower business users. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five years of advanced Power BI development experience.
• Experience validating student loan data (including forbearance data).
• Proven ability to write technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design a stable, reliable Power BI Service environment for reporting.
• Develop dashboards for diverse business users.
• Create complex Power BI custom UI visuals per specifications.
• Validate data quality across datasets.
• Liaise with developers to improve reporting and establish best practices.
• Gather business requirements and lead technical meetings.
• Develop technical manuals and training materials.
• Lead Power BI training, mentoring, and co-development with business areas.
• Ensure reports meet agency and performance requirements.
• Configure security, accessibility, and access controls for reporting.
