A strong candidate will excel in data modeling, Power Query, and SQL, and will document processes while improving performance and usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI report development and customization.
• Knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and preparation.
• Understanding of data modeling and basic database concepts.
• Experience with Excel and structured data sources; SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication with business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, customize, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Create visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards.
• Connect Power BI reports to Excel, SQL databases, and other data sources.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Optimize report performance, improve loading times, and troubleshoot issues with the report developer.
• Publish and manage reports and dashboards in the Power BI Service.
• Configure scheduled data refreshes, workspace access, and report permissions as appropriate.
• Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, calculations, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with business teams, data analysts, and IT teams to improve reporting solutions.
• Provide user support and guidance on dashboard navigation, filters, and report functionality.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.
