Job summary

TrueTandem, LLC is seeking a Power BI Developer to join our solutions delivery team. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain dashboards, reports, dataflows, and semantic models for government-related projects with mission impact.

Responsibilities include linking data with Dataverse, writing complex DAX, Power Query M, and SQL queries, and translating stakeholder requirements into scalable BI solutions. Must have active Secret clearance and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or higher is required.
• Minimum of 4 years designing and developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and integrations with complex datasets.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience scripting in SQL, Power Query M, DAX.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Ability to be self-driven and proactive with planning, development, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer management skills
• Ability to train data analysts on how to create reports.

Role and Responsibilities:

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Ability to be self-driven and proactive with planning, development, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer management skills
• Ability to train data analysts on how to create reports

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate
• Experience with Dataverse, Azure Data, Databrick or other data sources

$120,000 - $147,000 a year

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, TrueTandem considers several factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
