Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or Power BI certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience providing actionable analysis and/or business intelligence.
• Power BI, Excel, Deltek VantagePoint and SQL experience preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tools using Power BI, Excel, and Deltek VantagePoint.
• Apply data visualization best practices to present data for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with PMs, Engineering Leads, and Accounting to implement standard reporting; support ad-hoc requests with accurate outputs.
• Mine data to reveal trends and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
