Job summary

Cuningham is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to advance the firm's use of business systems and data across operations, CRM, and reporting. The role focuses on integrating Deltek Vantagepoint with Power BI, ensuring data quality, and enabling strategic decision-making.

You will translate business needs into scalable data solutions while aligning with the firm's five guiding values. You will validate data and dashboards, support labor planning and financial reporting, and collaborate with

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
Experience within an Architecture/AEC firm.
Advanced experience administering or supporting Deltek Vantagepoint including configuration and reporting.
Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business systems, workflows, and data structures to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Gather, define, and translate requirements into reporting, data models, and system enhancements.
Design, develop, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports.
Pressure test data, dashboards, and outputs for accuracy and reliability.
Develop understanding of project lifecycles, labor planning, and resource management to inform analysis.
Collaborate with Marketing, Research, Finance, HR, Project Management, Operations, and other teams to align systems and reporting.
