Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Puerto Rico is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with strong Power BI and data warehousing expertise to design, analyze, and implement solutions across ERP, E-commerce, and ECM systems on IBM iSeries and Windows servers.

You will translate business needs into technical data models, develop dashboards, optimize SQL, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable data integration and impactful reporting. This is an on-site role with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related.
• 5–8 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar with focus on data analysis and data warehousing.
• Hands-on Power BI experience including DAX, data modeling, and report design.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle).
• Experience with ERP, E-commerce, and ECM systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: design and develop data models and dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making.
• Data Warehouse Management: contribute to design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Database Development & Integration: extract, transform, and load data from sources into centralized repositories; optimize queries.
• Business Process Analysis: document workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Requirements Gathering: elicit and prioritize business and data requirements for system enhancements.
• System Integration & Testing: assist in planning and testing data flows between ERP, E-commerce, and ECM platforms.
• Documentation & Training: develop documentation for data processes and train users on Power BI reports.
• Project Support: assist cross-functional IT and data projects to ensure timely delivery.
