Job summary

Turning Point for God is seeking a Data Systems Specialist to support data processing, reporting, and automation across donor and order data. You will develop SQL Server ETL processes and create Power BI reports to enable data-driven decisions.

Reporting to the Director of Data Systems & Insights, this full-time on-site role in Lakeside, CA requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, strong SQL/ETL skills, and experience with SSIS, SQL Server, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in data processing or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL; SSIS package development.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, validate, and process orders into Studio Enterprise.
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL workflows.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server processes for imports automation.
• Support automated processing of external call center data and reporting.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for business users.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather report requirements.
