Job summary

Continental Properties seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data Management team in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will design Power BI dashboards, govern datasets, and build data products for AI tools like Claude, partnering with teams to turn trusted data into actionable decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality, and stay ahead with analytics tooling and AI capabilities. This role reports to the BI Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or other analytical role.
• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards with an eye for creative, effective data visualization.
• Experience using Power BI (strongly preferred), Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• Experience or genuine interest in using AI tools, including Claude or Claude Code, to build data solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of SQL and an understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and structured/unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Power BI Development – Design, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Self-Service Enablement – Contribute to reusable, governed datasets and data products.
• Data Analysis & Insights – Analyze data to uncover trends and key drivers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with business users to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Data Quality, Governance & AI Readiness – Validate data sources and define business terms for consistency across reports and AI tools.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and data storytelling.
