Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing BI and analytics solutions.
• Advanced Power BI expertise in data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, executive reporting, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience with customer or aftermarket analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.
• Create intuitive visualizations that clearly communicate complex business trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Develop executive-level scorecards, KPI reporting, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Ensure visualizations follow best practices for usability, accessibility, performance, and business impact.
• Collaborate with data engineers, digital, commercial, product, and field teams to build scalable analytics solutions.
• Mentor analysts and business partners on Power BI development and visualization design.
