Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking a Data Analyst who specializes in Power BI to design and maintain reports for Wholesale and Inhouse divisions. The role reports to the BI Manager and focuses on building robust data models and optimized dashboards.

You will own data transformations, publish reports to the Power BI Service, and respond to BI tickets quickly while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards for business units.
• Strong data modeling, DAX, and data transformation skills.
• Ability to publish, schedule refreshes, and manage security in Power BI Service.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for Wholesale and Inhouse divisions.
• Develop data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Optimize BI reports for performance and usability.
• Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service with workspaces and refresh schedules.
• Respond to BI tickets within 24 hours and guide stakeholders through basic troubleshooting.
• Identify automations to streamline BI support and reporting.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve requests.
