Abbott is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to develop comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards, enforce data governance, and implement security-focused analytics strategies. The role supports Finance, Compliance, Engineering, CS, and IT across Abbott’s global offices.

The ideal candidate will translate complex data into actionable insights, communicate across levels, and drive IT compliance initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in related field.
• Degree in Finance, Engineering, CS or IT required.
• Strong communication at multiple levels within the organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust Power BI reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
• Govern and document data workflows to ensure process clarity.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve internal processes.
• Provide project support and project management responsibilities.
• Train and guide OEC personnel on analytics tools and governance.
