Abbott is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to develop data-intensive Power BI reports and dashboards, strengthen data governance, and drive security-focused strategies across the Office of Ethics and Compliance. The role welcomes professionals from Finance, Engineering, CS or IT with strong communication skills.

This position can be based in any Abbott office locale within the United States, with standard work shifts and opportunities to impact governance, analytics, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Power BI: data visualization, governance, reports/dashboards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work with multiple levels of the organization.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust Power BI reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Implement and document data governance and security controls.
• Provide project support and project management for IT/compliance initiatives.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and cross-training materials.
• Train and guide OEC personnel to ensure continuity and redundancy.
