Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related discipline.
• Three or more years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Power BI and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems.
• Previous experience in construction or a related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Design, build, maintain, and improve Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Create dashboards with strong visuals and usable context.
• Write and troubleshoot DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query.
• Develop SQL queries to support reporting and data quality needs.
• Partner with data engineering and business teams to improve data models and reliability.
• Support data-governance, security, and access controls.
• Document report logic, data definitions, and source information.
• Identify missing or unreliable data and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain documentation for reports and automated workflows.
• Build and support workflow automations using Power Platform and related tools.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled analytics and automation.
• Document processes, ownership, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into analytics and automation.
• Lead training and ongoing support to strengthen adoption.
• Manage multiple requests and timelines with clear progress updates.
