Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior team to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement semantic models using dbt and Snowflake to separate data and dashboard logic.
• Support Git-based version control and follow best practices.
• Assist with project management for material efforts and manage multiple priorities.
• Build expertise in StepStone's business model, private markets, and analytics.
