Job summary

Remote Worker LTD. is seeking a Customer MI & Reporting Executive (FTC) to provide analytical and reporting support focused on Customer MI and Account Management, with Power BI dashboard development across Strategy & Analytics and Commercial teams.

The role emphasizes producing accurate and timely customer performance reporting, delivering insights to support retention, growth and commercial decision-making, and ensuring data quality across multiple internal systems during the fixed-term period.

Qualifications

• MI reporting experience and ability to produce and maintain customer and commercial reporting.
• Experience using Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data for stakeholders.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Excellent communication skills to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain Customer MI and Account Management reporting across the business.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Support Account Management teams with reporting, analysis and insights on customer performance and trends.
