Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a hands-on Power BI developer to design and build reports and dashboards for leaders and operators within a modern, governed data stack.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear metrics, connect to Azure SQL data sources, and shape reporting architecture so insights are accurate, scalable, and maintainable. You'll grow into the go-to expert for Power BI within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong data modeling, star schemas, and report performance.
• Proficient in DAX and Power Query.
• Comfortable writing SQL against a relational warehouse.
• Experience integrating data from APIs or external sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build Power BI reports and dashboards with governance.
• Connect Power BI to Azure SQL data sources and semantic layers.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into metrics.
• Maintain reporting architecture for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineering to shape data models and fix upstream issues.
• Validate report accuracy against source systems and maintain metric definitions.
