Job summary

Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI) to design and deliver dashboards and reports that support executives and business stakeholders.

You will translate questions into visual analytics, validate data models with data engineers, and drive data quality across the organization. The role is hybrid, on-site three days per week at Morgantown, WV or Canonsburg, PA, with a focus on self-service insights and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, MIS or related field; 5 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of experience developing and supporting BI, reporting, analytics, or data warehousing solutions.
• Hands-on Power BI experience building visualizations directly from a data warehouse (not Excel sources).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT, and dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL to query and adjust data as needed.
• Strong requirement gathering and translating business needs into reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and self-service visuals.
• Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and validate data models and ETL/ELT processes for efficient integration.
• Monitor data quality and support data governance standards.
• Identify opportunities through data analysis and trend identification.
• Optimize performance of databases, queries, and dashboards; document data sources and processes.
• Provide end-user training to promote BI tool adoption and data literacy.
