Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in BI/Analytics, Reporting, or BI Development.
• Advanced expertise with Power BI including dashboard/report development and semantic modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data warehouses.
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project management and deployment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Create and support paginated reports for operational, financial, executive, and standardized reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and convert them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Ensure reports are optimized for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Maintain reporting standards related to governance, design consistency, and data accuracy.
• Support ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting for existing reporting assets.
