Job summary

Progressive / SThree Group seeks an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will model data, build interactive dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reports.

You will use DAX and Power Query for calculations, integrate data from databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and cloud services, and ensure data accuracy, governance, and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
• SQL and relational databases experience.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models to improve reporting performance, usability, and scalability.
• Utilize DAX and Power Query to create efficient calculations and data transformations.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, security, and governance with organizational standards.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for reporting and analytics.
• Document technical designs, reporting processes, and data sources.
• Assist with Power Apps and Power Automate development when needed.
