TEKsystems is seeking an early-career Power BI Analyst to join a Supply Chain analytics team. The role focuses on transforming data into dashboards, reports, and actionable insights, with responsibilities split roughly 60% analytics and 40% operational support.

Based in Goodlettsville, TN, this contract-to-hire position offers onsite/hybrid work and a start window in mid-November, with potential conversion to permanent employment as early as February.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Power BI experience preferred; professional, internship, or substantial project experience considered
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
• Reporting, dashboarding, or technical analysis experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical/problem-solving ability
• Supply chain experience preferred
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders
• Coachable and interested in developing analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analyze supply-chain and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build recurring reports and track business metrics/KPIs
• Use Excel to manipulate, analyze, and present data
• Communicate analytical findings to business stakeholders
• Support reporting and analysis needs across the Supply Chain organization
• Partner with business users to understand reporting requirements
