Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear and insightful data visualizations.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Create compelling data stories to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with Power BI.
• 3-5 years' hands-on experience with Analytics.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and tell a compelling story.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL.
• Experience with Tableau and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
