Winmark is seeking a Business Analyst to drive actionable insights across Finance, IT, Operations, and Franchise Development. You will design and maintain Power BI reports, define KPIs with leaders, and help advance AI-enabled solutions to support enterprise-wide decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with AI-related tools for data analysis, application coding, or business use.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with leaders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and executive analytics.
• Lead efforts to improve reporting capabilities through modern data platforms and automation.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance through validation and reviews.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve access to business information.
• Translate complex business questions into meaningful visualizations and insights.
