Job summary

DreamFields in Washington, DC is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, ensure data accuracy, and identify trends and performance drivers across Sales Operations & Analytics.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT to understand reporting needs, improve data quality, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to streamline reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data analytics, business administration, finance, information systems, CS or related field preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales, customer, product, and market performance.
• Use Power Query and basic DAX to organize data, create measures, and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate questions into clear dashboards and analyses.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to summarize results, identify trends, and improve reporting workflows.
• Review data accuracy and resolve reporting or data quality issues.
• Analyze business results to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help automate recurring reports and reduce manual work.
• Support documentation, training, and adoption of Power BI and AI-enabled reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT on analytics projects.
