Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a Power BI Platform Administrator with strong SAP BW and Snowflake experience. The role requires healthcare regulatory awareness and deep knowledge of supply chain processes. You will ensure governance, security, and reliable data delivery across cloud BI environments.

You will manage gateways, automate tasks, and coordinate with infrastructure teams to maintain performance and uptime while enabling CI/CD deployments and scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting the Power BI platform (Service, Premium, workspaces, datasets, reports).
• Hands-on SAP BW knowledge is a must.
• Hands-on Snowflake knowledge is required.
• Experience with Gateways, data refresh, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Azure DevOps deployments and Power BI REST APIs.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Power BI platform across Service, Premium Capacity, workspaces, datasets, and reports.

• Manage user access, permissions, security groups, and implement RLS/security controls.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support and collaborate with Microsoft and infrastructure teams on critical issues.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power BI REST APIs.
• Optimize datasets, data models, DAX queries, and report performance.
• Establish and enforce Power BI governance, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, capacity planning, and environment health checks.
• Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Deployment Pipelines.

• Should have a strong knowledge in Supply Chain Business
• Having SAP BW knowledge is a Must
• Should have hands on knowledge in Snowflake
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, refresh failures, gateway incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support and collaborate with Microsoft and infrastructure teams on critical issues.
• Optimize datasets, data models, DAX queries, and report performance.
• Establish and enforce Power BI governance, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, capacity planning, and environment health checks.
• Support CI/D deployments using Azure DevOps, Deployment Pipelines, and Power BI REST APIs.
