Job summary

Raytheon’s Multi-Product Power & Digital department seeks a Power & Analog Design Engineer II to join our team onsite in North Texas. The role focuses on FPGA, hardware, analog and power conversion circuitry, with responsibilities across design, analysis, testing, documentation, and coordination with suppliers.

Requirements include a Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field, experience with non-isolated converter topologies (buck/boost/buck-boost), and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM field.
• Design, analysis, simulation, and/or test experience with non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost.
• Experience with analog electronics design including FETs/BJTs, op-amps, filters, termination, and comparators.
• Experience with MATLAB, MathCAD, LTSpice, Saber or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with architecture development at the circuit card level.
• Design, analyze, test, and document analog and power conversion circuitry with emphasis on board-mounted power end use applications.
• Guide ECAD drafters through layout and routing activities with support from senior engineers.
• Support integration and verification in engineering labs.
• Drive to meet schedule concerns and define circuit-level tasking.
