Qualifications

• B.S. in a relevant science field is required.
• 4 years of experience in food/beverage R&D, QA, or related functions.
• Experience with powders and powdered drink mixes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bench-top experiments and develop prototypes for tastings and sensory testing.
• Apply principles to ensure dissolution, dispersion, stability, and flavor delivery in powders.
• Interpret test results, write technical reports, and communicate findings within the organization.
• Support commercialization of ideas through pilot plant trials and external partnerships.
• Collaborate with R&D functions and cross-functional teams to drive projects.
