The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to read color specs, and physical ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs, supporting high‑quality finishes for industrial customers.

Formación

• Experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferred.
• Able to operate spray equipment and read color/finish specifications.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare metal and other surfaces for powder coating through cleaning, sandblasting, and masking.
• Operate powder coating spray guns and electrostatic equipment to apply uniform finishes.
• Load and unload parts on conveyor or rack systems for curing in industrial ovens.
• Inspect finished products for coating quality, consistency, and defects.
• Mix and match powder materials to meet customer color and finish specifications.
• Maintain and clean equipment, spray booths, and work areas to ensure safe operations.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
