Job summary

TBT GROUP INC in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking a skilled Powder Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on operating powder press machinery, adjusting settings, and ensuring parts meet exact specifications in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform routine inspections, read blueprints and work orders, and maintain safe work practices. Prior press experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. Shift differential applies and PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating powder press or similar industrial press machinery preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with powder metallurgy or compaction processes is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished parts using measuring tools
• Adjust machine parameters such as pressure, speed, and feed rates as needed
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards
• Accurately document production output, downtime, and quality control records

About the Role:

TBT GROUP INC is looking for a skilled Powder Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bellmawr, NJ. This is a hands-on opportunity to be a key part of our production process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Shift Differential: $.50

Required PPE (Company Provided): Lab Coats, Boots, Boot Guards, Gloves, Safety Glasses, Hard Hats, and Respirator.
