Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions in Watertown, SD is seeking a Powder Prep Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will prepare parts for the powder coating process, including masking, plugging, or sanding to ensure adhesion and finish quality.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, reporting defects, maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and supporting general production tasks as needed. Willingness to work overtime or different shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in powder coating, metal prep, or general manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and prep equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for powder coating by masking, plugging, or sanding.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and proper surface preparation.
• Maintain safety and PPE, and keep work area organized.
• Assist with general production duties as needed.
