Job summary

trace® is hiring for a swing shift position (Mon–Thu, 4pm–4am) in Ogden, UT. You will assist the supervisor in overseeing the powder mixing department, ensuring tasks meet quality standards and deadlines. You’ll lead powder mixing staff, maintain clean rooms, document batch activities with GMP focus, and cross-train to other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Must have or be able to obtain food handler's permit.
  • Forklift certification a plus.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Supervisor with overseeing the daily operations of the powder mixing department, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and up to quality standards.
  • Lead the powder mixing employees by providing guidance and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepares clean rooms for mixing activities.
  • Keep the mixers and scales clean when not in use.
  • Document all activities on batch records and work with the Quality department to make sure that GMP activities are taken care of.
  • Assist with other warehouse and inventory control activities when needed.
  • Must be cross trained to work in other production areas when not mixing.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.
