Job summary

trace® is seeking a shift-based supervisor to oversee the powder division operations, train staff, and coordinate with the production team. The role requires attention to GMP standards and documentation, with additional responsibilities in warehouse tasks and project work.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and preferably forklift certification or bilingual abilities. The position is full-time on-site with benefits to support overall wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Experience with working in 21 CFR 111 and 117 environments.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the powder division.
  • Train and supervise mixing staff, provide guidance and feedback to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with other production supervisors to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.
  • Communicate effectively with the Production Manager on progress, issues, and production milestones.
  • Document all activities on batch records and work with the Quality department to ensure GMP compliance.
  • Assist with other warehouse and inventory control activities when needed.
  • Work on production projects.
  • Package drink powders and tablet samples.
  • Fill out all production and cleaning documents as required.
  • Keep all rooms clean by following proper procedures.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.
