This position is an essential part of The Sherwin-Williams Company’s manufacturing team in Arlington, TX. It involves setting up, running, and maintaining equipment to produce powder coating products aligned with customer requirements, while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities include operating automatic and semi-automatic machinery, monitoring materials for quality, keeping logs, and collaborating with other departments to meet production orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution facilities.
• Experience monitoring gauges or machinery indicators.
• Experience operating machinery in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, monitor, operate, and clean automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Comply with policies and standard operating procedures.
• Keep equipment logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Safely operate forklift and other equipment.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize manufacturing procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized daily.
