Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking operators for the manufacturing team in Bowling Green, KY. The role involves setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce paint and coating products, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and productivity on the shop floor.

The position works on a 6:30pm–7:00am Continuous Operations shift and offers bonus eligibility based on performance, subject to plan terms. Criminal history review may be conducted as part of the process.

Job description

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce paint and coating products consistent with customer requirements. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Additional Information:

Schedule: 6:30pm - 7:00am Continuous Operations Schedule (COS) Shift Structure

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
