AppleOne Employment Services in Richardson, TX is seeking a Powder Coating Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-volume production line. You will apply electrostatic powder coatings to fabricated metal parts and ensure compliance with customer specs before curing.

Requires 2–3 years of powder coating experience in a manufacturing setting. Competitive pay from $20 to $26 per hour plus benefits and occasional bonuses. Direct hire with stable hours and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Experience operating electrostatic powder coating equipment in a conveyor line production environment.
• Ability to apply consistent powder coverage while maintaining spray distance, angle, pacing and mil thickness.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of powder coating experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.

Mansioni

• Apply powder coatings to parts using electrostatic spray on a moving conveyor line.
• Inspect incoming materials and pre-treated surfaces for cleanliness and readiness for coating.
• Maintain mil thickness ranges per powder type and customer specs; perform color changes and clean-outs.
