Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial powder coating.
• Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and application techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and work instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing surfaces before painting, including blasting if needed.
• Apply paint using spray equipment or brushes and rollers.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep area clean and safe.
• Move racks and operate within safety procedures.
• Maintain records of coated parts and colors and change colors as needed.
