Super Products in Mukwonago, WI is seeking a Material Handler - Blaster to prep metal parts for powder coating. You will operate blasting equipment and ensure carts are loaded/unloaded efficiently for powder coaters, contributing to a safe, productive workflow.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation starts at around $22.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to become licensed.
• Ability to wear PPE and work in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedule to assess workload priorities for blasting, loading and unloading of carts.
• Prepare material for powder coating by shot blasting and sanding while following quality control procedures.
• Load/unload parts onto paint fixtures or carts using overhead crane or forklift; mask threaded holes or machined surfaces as required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE while operating equipment.
