Job summary

Damotech is seeking a Paint Support specialist in Moberly, MO to help prepare surfaces for powder coating and support the coating line. The role involves cleaning, sanding, applying pre-treatments, and ensuring proper spacing during loading and unloading of products.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
• Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying pre-treatment chemicals.
• Assist in loading and unloading products onto the coating line with proper spacing and alignment.
• Monitor the coating process to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and proper storage of materials and tools.
