Job summary

Jost International is seeking a production team member in Greeneville, TN to operate painting lines and support the finishing process. You will load/unload parts, monitor the washer/wastewater system, perform powder painting, and inspect finished parts.

The role requires basic math, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Experience with powder coatings or E-Coat is a plus, with opportunity for growth in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Operate overhead air hoist and forklift.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Chemical experience is a plus.
• Industrial powder or E-Coat experience desired.
• General preventive maintenance experience a plus.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to learn company products and comply with quality, environmental, safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload parts to conveyor.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Titrations and chemical adjustments of the washer and wastewater system.
• Powder painting.
• Inspect final painted parts.
• Other duties as assigned and inherent to the position.
