Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking an Operator to support the Powder Coating Line by inspecting processes and equipment, and tracking production and quality metrics. This is a 1st shift role, Monday–Friday, 4:00am to 2:30pm, located in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean storage areas, performing PMs, and ensuring high-quality production with accurate downtime reporting. Strong documentation, reporting, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two - Three years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong documentation, reporting and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe material storage areas.
• Perform PMs on equipment per documented procedure and create PM procedures where needed.
• Produce product of exceptional quality by applying QA methods to meet production objectives.
• Maintain titrations and stage levels daily.
• Monitor PLC controls and ensure load bars stay in sync.
• Plan daily tasks aligned with evening PMs.
• Communicate changes to the dump schedule to Waste Water Tech.
• Coordinate with the line Supervisor on scheduling downtime for routine maintenance.
• Turn in daily downtime information.
• Review daily materials needs and notify Supervisor.
