Job summary

SRC (Safety Rail Company) seeks a Powder Coating Associate II/ I to support powder coating operations in the Chanhassen, MN facility. The role includes preparing parts, operating spray equipment, and assisting training while maintaining safety and attendance standards.

Starting pay for Associate I is $28.07/hour; Associate II is $30.59/hour. Overtime is required when business conditions demand, with a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, PTO and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.) and perform physical tasks.

Powder Coating Associate Pay & Skill Levels: Our Powder Coating Associates positions are structured in two skill-based tiers, with starting pay determined by your qualifications and experience. Powder Coating Associates have the opportunity to advance to the next tier by developing the required skills, demonstrating proficiency, and meeting the qualifications outlined for that level.
