Job summary

Granite Industries, operating as DSS Ohio, is seeking Assembly Team Members for our Archbold, Ohio facility. You will assemble, finish, and package scaffolding, carts, and related equipment, using hand and power tools and powder coating processes.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a 4-day work week (6am–4pm), with health, retirement benefits after 60 days, and growth opportunities within a well-established manufacturer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in assembly, powder coating, or manufacturing is a plus and they will train motivated candidates.
• Able to read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and drawings.
• Experience with hand and power tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated and welded components into finished products.
• Operate powder coating equipment to finish steel parts.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble scaffolding, carts and related products.
• Inspect finished products for quality and durability.
• Package and prepare products for shipping.
• Follow safety protocols when using machinery, tools, and coatings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and meet production goals.
