Job summary

Wsb Solutions seeks a reliable labor associate in Ironton, OH to join our rotating 2-2-3 schedule and perform kitting, packaging, and basic assembly tasks.

You will read tape measures, use hand tools and grinders, lift and move materials, and maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety rules and quality standards.

This role requires good teamwork, independent work habits, and punctual transportation to site; previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Understanding of decimal math.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and perform physical labor as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Kitting and packaging products
• Assemble and package completed kits for shipment
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Operate and/or assist with grinder machines

• Assist with other duties as assigned
