Job summary

Pivot Staffing Solutions Inc. is recruiting for a powder coating/industrial painting position in Canton, OH.

You will spray coat metal parts using a spray gun, operate an industrial washer, load parts on conveyors, and monitor curing ovens to ensure quality finishes. We offer pay between $20 and $26 per hour based on experience, a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
Experience using spray equipment and inspection tools is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Paint or powder coat manufactured metal products using a spray gun.
Set up and operate an industrial washer to properly clean parts before coating.
Mask parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Load parts onto the conveyor system for the coating process.
Mix liquid coatings to achieve the desired color or prepare powder coatings.
Set and monitor oven temperatures to ensure coatings cure properly.
Inspect finished parts after baking and verify coating thickness with a mil thickness gauge.
Perform visual inspections to meet quality standards.
