Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking a paint line operator to set up and run painting and drying units along the conveyor line, applying powder paint to metal parts and ensuring finish quality.

You will perform preventative maintenance on paint booths, operate cure ovens, and keep the work area clean and safe. Training is provided; overtime may be required.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to established procedures to meet production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Applies paint powder to all parts that pass through the paint booth by using established methods and procedures, making sure that the quality of the paint is maintained.
• Performs preventative maintenance of paint booths to ensure continuous and consistent operation.
• Operates and maintains set parameters for cure oven.
• Keeps work area clean in order to maintain equipment and safety of area.
• Assists in reworking of parts.
• Completes ISO Checklists.
• Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Performs overtime work as required.
• Assists in the instruction and training of others as requested by supervisor.
