Job summary

Doosan Bobcat in Wisconsin is seeking a Paint Line Operator to set up and operate painting and drying units along the conveyor line, coating metal parts with paint and ensuring quality.

You will perform preventative maintenance, monitor cure oven parameters, keep the work area safe and clean, and participate in training. Must complete high school; 0-2 years experience; travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Must follow established methods and procedures and work under time pressure.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and coworkers in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Applies paint powder to parts in the paint booth ensuring quality.
• Performs preventative maintenance of paint booths for continuous operation.
• Operates and maintains cure oven parameters.
• Keeps the work area clean for equipment safety.
• Assists in reworking parts.
• Completes ISO Checklists.
• Works overtime as required.
• Assists in training others as requested by supervisor.
