Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a 1st shift Powder Coating Technician in Noblesville, Indiana. You will prepare surfaces, apply coatings, and ensure the painted finishes meet the required specifications for various parts and products.

The role requires operating coating and test equipment, reading work orders, and maintaining safety practices throughout the shift. The candidate must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs intermittently.

Qualifications

• Prepare surfaces and apply a variety of coatings and textures to parts or products per specifications.
• Operate test equipment to determine quality of paint finish and troubleshoot as needed.
• Requires complete knowledge of powder coat application process.
• Read and interpret work orders.
• Must follow Company Safety Guidelines at all times.
• Physical ability to walk and stand for the full shift and lift up to 60 lbs intermittently.

• Prepare surfaces and apply a variety of coatings and textures to parts or products per specifications.

• Requires complete knowledge of powder coat application process.
• Will read and interpret work orders.
• Must practice Company Safety Guidelines for all areas.
• Physical requirements include the ability to walk and stand the entire shift, arm and hand mobility, lifting a maximum of 60 lbs. intermittently
