Description:
JRPW Racing is seeking a Powder Coat trainee to join our team. This position is for an individual wanting/ willing to learn the complete powder coating process from receiving the part up to returning it to the customer. The trainee will work and learn under the guidance of a senior tech to learn the entire process.

Qualifications:
Mechanical skills and understanding required. Qualified applicants will be dependable, organized, efficient, and able to work with little supervision. Attention to detail and someone who takes pride in their work is a must. Experience can be taught, however a good attitude, and willingness to learn is essential.
