Job summary

Rapid-Line, Inc. is seeking a Powder Coat Sprayer to set up and operate the paint and powder coating system, prepare parts, select coatings, apply finishes, inspect results, and maintain tools and equipment.

You will assist with hanging parts, follow safety rules and PPE, work 45+ hours weekly with occasional weekends, and strive for consistent quality. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in manufacturing or powder coating are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous powder coating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the paint and powder coating system to paint or coat products.
• Prepare parts, select coatings, apply finishes, and inspect results for quality.
• Assist with hanging and plugging parts and maintain tools and equipment.
