Job summary

INDSTJO Powder Coat is seeking a hands-on operator for the powder coating line. Responsibilities include loading, coating, curing, and packaging parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Candidates should be able to read technical drawings and travelers, follow verbal directions, and learn the full powder coat process. Prior powder coat experience is a plus, with a focus on efficiency and workspace cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow verbal directions.
• Previous powder coat experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process product through the powder coating paint system including loading, unloading, cleaning, painting, curing, and packaging operations quickly and efficiently with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Read and understand instructions/information on technical drawings and job travelers.
• Ensure parts are correct based on the print/traveler.
• Learn and manage the entire process of the powder coat/paint line.
• Maintain a clean work space.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Package completed parts to minimize damage during transit.
