Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Powder coat experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Ability to interpret specifications for color and coating thickness.
• Effective listening and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coat, and finish metal surfaces.
• Operate Graco wet paint system for industrial finishes.
• Inspect coated units for runs, fisheye, and uncoated areas; ensure uniform thickness.
• Maintain and clean equipment; support 5S and daily upkeep.
• Assist others in solving quality and production issues.
